The simple gathering started with a prayer led by Ms. Grace B. Almario, Makabayan teacher, followed by the singing of the national anthem conducted by Mrs. Neriza P. Cabreta. Mrs. Connie M. Andrade, on the other hand, was charged to check the presence of each grade level through a roll call. This was immediately followed by the reporting of the school’s state facilitated by none other than the school head, Mrs. San Pedro. She proudly presented all the accomplishments of the school in pupil development such as all the winnings in various competitions; staff development wherein teachers, including herself as the school head, attended different seminars for professional growth; physical facilities development, where all the improvements in the schools physical appearance were enumerated as well as the community linkages tapped within her term as the school head.

On the last part of the program, Mrs. San Pedro took the moment to express her utmost gratitude to all the parents who continuously rendered their support to all the programs and projects of the school, which largely contributed to its total improvement and development. However, sadly, it was also her chance to bid farewell to the parents and teachers as she is bound to transfer to another school next school year. This sad news caused the teary ending of the general assembly. Nevertheless, words of encouragement and gratitude from parents uplift the mood of the event towards the end where Mrs. San Pedro and the parents took some time for a photo shoot.

After the assembly, the parents go straight to their children’s advisers to get the report cards.
